I've been interested in this idea, especially as the new administration tries to balance a fairly clear (if, for some, unpopular) changing of national law to violate international law (and almost any sense of ethics) on one hand and, on the other, a sense of victor's justice (which the Germans call "Siegerjustiz"-- maybe the Dutch do too...)
