I would love to let you guys have a look at the thesis when it gets closer to being...well...anything other than a mass of brainstorming and ideas. Thanks for being interested...and thanks for checking out the blog.

Jess,

Being the Civ Pro nerd that I am, I would love to read a draft of your paper when you have one. I think this developing concept of universal jurisdiction is interesting. Good luck with everything.

Look at you, building quite the life over there... good work! Re: jobs-- congrats, the world needs more collaborative work on issues of justice. Re: thesis idea-- yes, what a timely topic. I've been interested in this idea, especially as the new administration tries to balance a fairly clear (if, for some, unpopular) changing of national law to violate international law (and almost any sense of ethics) on one hand and, on the other, a sense of victor's justice (which the Germans call "Siegerjustiz"-- maybe the Dutch do too...)
Will you keep me updated as you work on it? Maybe let me read it when you're done?
Best from FL,
